I've never like kale, but THIS is amazing. I could eat it everyday! I've never like kale, but THIS is amazing. I could eat it everyday!

    1/4 leftover grilled chicken breast(if you have no leftovers, just slice up some and stir fry with the veggies.)
    1 cup kale, washed and sliced
    2 carrots cut in thin long strips
    2 cloves garlic minced
    3 scallions, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp black sesame seeds
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1/2 tsp coriander
    salt/pepper to taste(optional)


take kale off of stem, wash and slice. Add to boiling water and boil 5 minutes until nearly tender.

Heat oil, If chicken is raw, stir fry it now, when nearly done add carrots, scallions and garlic, saute a couple minutes. (if chicken is cook, toss it in to heat through). When carrots are tender add kale, Add seasonings, and sesame seeds stir fry a moment longer to mix all the flavors.
