Ingredients

10 boneless chops
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp tomato paste
Directions
Makes 10 single-chop servings.
Heat oil in skillet on medium heat. Coat chops in flour before frying them until brown on both sides.
Put chops aside. In skillet combine broth, onion, and garlic.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add in tomato paste and stir thoroughly.
Add in the cooked chops. Cover and simmer until cooked through.
Optional: drizzle with lime juice right before serving.
