Ingredients

.5 cup Cheerio's Cereal General Mills
1 cup Cereal: Fiber1 .5 cup or 30g serv. (by STARGODDESS)
4 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
2 tbsp Sun Butter (Sunflower seed butter)
2 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt
2 oz (85 seeds) Pumpkin seeds
.5 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds)
6 serving Cranberries Ocean Spray Cranraisins 1/4C = 4 TBSP (by CELESTE_W)
8 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened
.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Place all dry ingredients into a bowl except the dried fruit and hemp hearts.
Heat the sunbutter with 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/4 cup sugar free joseph's syrup.
Pour into mixture and spread onto a cookie sheet.
Spray with olive oil and sprinkle a dash of himalyan salt.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
Take out and cool.
When ready add cranraisins, mulberries, goji berries and any other dried berries.
Serving Size: 1/2 cup pr serving
