Introduction

This dish makes 2, 13x9 pans! I froze them and on the day of the last step of baking, thawed and cooked. Great supper meal and so easy. We all loved it! I said each one was 4 servings. Ingredients

    1 serving 4 cups of uncooked egg noodles
    1 serving 4 cups of cooked diced boneless skinless chicken
    1 serving 16 oz frozen peas and carrots
    1 serving 2 cups 1% milk
    1 serving 2 can (10.75 oz) Cream Of Celery Soup (Canned, Condensed)
    1 serving 1 can of cream of chicken soup
    1 serving 1 cup chooped onion
    1 serving 2 tbsp butter melted
    1 serving Salt and pepper

Directions

Cook Noodles according to pkg directions. Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine the remaining ingrediants. Drain Noodles, add to mixture. Transfer to greased pans. (You can put into as many pans as you want, depends on how many servings you want in each. Example if your freezing meals for 2, use smaller pans.) Bake then for 30 covered for minutes at 350. Then uncover and bake for an extra 10 to 15 or till heated throughout. (Or freeze tightly covered for up to three months. Label with Baking directions.)
