    3-4 raw beets (can use canned beets)
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1 cup low fat yogurt
    1/4 cup minced fresh dill
    salt and pepper to taste


put fresh beets unpeeled in tin foil add olive oil and seal tightly. bake in oven or on BBQ till tender. Let cool, peel and slice.
Put sliced beets, yogurt, dill, salt and pepper. Let sit for flavours to blend
