    2½ cups milk (2%)
    2 medium eggs
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp oil (sunflower)
    1 1/4 cup flour


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Line a deep cookie sheet or big cake pan with parchment paper. Pour mixture into the pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Pancake will rise and look all bubbly and it's supposed to! Cook until brown on top. Cool for 10 minutes, then cut into squares. Serve with jelly or syrup. :)
