Ingredients

    1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF
    1 CUP BBQ SAUCE OF CHOICE
    1 PACKAGE OF SMALL BISCUITS
    1.5 CUPS OF SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
    .5 CUP OF FINELY CHOPPED CARROTS
    .25 CUP OF FINELT CHOPPED ONIONS

Directions

PRE HEAT OVEN TO 350 F. BROWN THE MEAT ON MEDIUM HEAT. WHILE THE MEAT IS BROWNING CHOP UP YOUR CARROTS AND ONIONS. PLACE THE BISCUITS IN A NON STICK CUPCAKE TRAY. MOLD THEM TO THE TRAY. ONCE THE MEAT IS BROWN, MIX IN THE BBQ SAUCE, CARROTS AND ONIONS. SPOON THE MIXTURE INTO THE CUPCAKE BISCUITS. PLACE IN THE OVEN. BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES. TEHN TOP WITH CHEESE. BAKE ANOTHER 2 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE CHEESE IS MELTED. THIS MAKES IT LOOK LIKE FROSTING. YOUR KIDS WILL LOVE IT! YOU CAN ALSO CHANGE THIS RECIPE TO BE LIKE A CHEDDAR, CHICKEN AND BROCCLI MIXTURE!
