Introduction

A refreshing middle eastern salad that gets its zing from the fresh mint leaves. I know this is very similar to another recipe on sparkrecipes.com, but i found this dish calls for lemon juice instead of balsamic vinegar. Good
It was tasty and interesting; but it wasn't incredibly good. I'll keep it in mind if I ever need an unusual salad to serve. - 7/10/08

    Very Good
Made this one for Salad day at the office. We added cucumber and pumpkin seeds, and used edam cheese instead of feta, didn't want to overpower the delicate taste of the watermelon. We also made a mint dressing rather than using straight mint leaves. we had 4 raves and 1 so so from the attendees. - 6/5/08

Different and refreshing...thanks. I added slices of red onion and increased the black pepper. Try it w/lime juice instead of lemon for a different twist. It's also good on a bed of shredded mixed lettuce with toasted gluten free pita wedges on the side. - 6/1/08
