Baked chicken cutlets that taste fried. Baked chicken cutlets that taste fried.

    1 lb. Chicken cutlets about 5
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    2 tbs butter melted
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp garlic powder


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam. Melt butter in microwave. Mix together melted butter, bread crumbs, salt and garlic powder in a shallow bowl. Rinse chicken under water. Dip chicken into bread crumb mixture covering each side, place on cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or util no longer pink inside. Serving size is one 3oz cutlet.
