Ingredients

    4 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per Pears, fresh
    0.25 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    .25 oz Walnuts
    .12 cup Flour, white
    0.12 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1.5 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    1.5 tbsp Butter, salted
    3 tsp Granulated Sugar
    .06 cup Flour, white

Tips

add the spices of cinnamon nutmeg and allspice to your taste.


Directions

melt butter in microwave and have ready for next step. In food processor pulse oatmeal walnuts brown sugar some cinnamon and flours. drizzle in the melted butter on low. Peel the pears and slice in a mixing bowl. mix together the sugar and flour and add a little nutmeg and pinch of all spice. sprinkle over the pears and stir. then pour into a 8 in. baking dish and top with the crumble mix. Bake 350 degrees for 45 min.
