Ingredients

    1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    4 cup Water
    4 tsp Seitenbacher Vegetable Broth & Seasoning (or other broth seasoning)
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1-1/2 tsp. unseasoned rice vinegar (or cider vinegar)
    1/2 cup Coconut milk, full fat, canned
    (A few drops stevia, optional)

Directions

Put the tomato paste in a sauce pan. Gradually stir in 4 cups water. Heat to nearly boiling. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Serve when heated through. Makes 5 cups total.

Serving Size: Serving size is 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon.
