Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
    4.0 cup, mashed Banana, fresh
    4.0 cup dannon light and fit vanilla greek yogurt

Directions

Freeze ripe bananas, let thaw until soft, peel and mash together in blender for 10 minutes, add entire tub of yogurt, mix some more until smooth and then freeze for 30-45 minutes. Yum! Serving Size: 10 half cup servings. Recipe makes 5 cups.
