Ingredients

    0.5 cup Butter, salted
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 cup Rice flour, brown
    120.0 gram chickpea flour
    1.0 cup buttermilk 3.25% milk fat

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients. Shave butter into dry ingredients and combine with pastry blender or hands till butter incorporated well. Add buttermilk and mix till dry ingredients are moist. Don't over mix. Spoon onto a baking paper lined pan And bake in 425F oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm. Serving Size: Makes 10 large biscuits
