    2 chicken breasts
    4 carrots
    2-3 stalks broccoli
    4 roma tomatoes
    4 cloves garlic
    14.5 oz box Barilla Plus angel hair pasta
    1 cup sod-free chicken broth
    1 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 cup lemon pepper marinade


Marinate chicken breasts. Saute chopped chicken breasts. Separately saute carrots for 4 minutes. Add broccoli and garlic, saute 2 minutes more. Boil pasta. Cook noodles. While pasta is cooking, add cooked chicken, broth, basil and tomatoes. Reduce heat, simmer 4 minutes. Serve over pasta.

Makes 7-8 cups. 1 cup serving over 2 oz serving of noodles.
