    2 steak Venison
    1 cup Heinz Home Style Savory Brown Gravy, canned
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked
    .25 cup Cooked Onion
    1 tbsp Italian Salad dressing
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    0.25 tsp Perfect Pinch Mediterranean Herb Seasoning (by AUNTJESSICA)
    3.5 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar


This recipe can also be used with beef.
I marinated the steaks in a mixture of cider vinegar, worcester, salt, sugar for several hours. Do not overcook venison. it will dry out and lose all flavor. The prep time below does not include the marinmating time cooking time is approximate


I used a big cast iron skillet for this.
Brown steaks in olive oil. Remove steaks. Saute chopped onion. (After this step, I added a little beer to skillet to bring up flavors cooked to the pan) next, add remaining ingredients. Slowly bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Place steaks back in pan. Try to get them.covered in the sauce. Heat till steaks are warm.enough.
Goes well over egg noodles or biscuits .
I served with mashed potatoes and fried white corn
