Introduction

Gooey and Messy, but ooooh so yummy!!! Gooey and Messy, but ooooh so yummy!!!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    1 tbls vegie oil
    2 cups finely chopped broccoli
    1 1/2 cup picante sauce
    2 cups diced cooked chicken
    1 1/2 cp grated jarlesberg or mozzarella
    3 tbl chopped cilantro
    pinch of salt

    5 tortillas
    sour cream
    olives
    2 tomatoes diced.

Directions

Saute onion, galric, broccoli, chicken, oil, 1 cup of picante. Cover 10 minutes. Add cheese, cilantro. Roll up in tortillas ;and place in a baking dish (like a square cake pan). cover with the remaining picante, sour cream, olives, and tomatoes and bake until cheese is melted and bubbley.
