    16 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
    16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    0.5 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    1 large Egg white, fresh
    1 tbsp Salt
    1 tbsp Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Garlic powder


If you prefer to brown the meatballs in the oven, set the temperature to 375 and brown them until midway cooked.


Add pork and beef to a bowl
Add one egg
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Mix ingredients and form into balls (slightly larger than golf balls)
Fry until half way cooked. Put aside until sauce is almost fully cooked. Add meatballs and drippings to the sauce and continue to simmer the sauce for another half hour.
