Ingredients

    1 cup Oats, Quaker
    1 cup Peanuts, dry-roasted
    .5 cup, chopped Walnuts
    .5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    .5 cup Sesame Seeds
    .25 cup Flaxseed
    .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 serving Egg white, large
    .25 cup Olive Oil
    1 serving Agave nectar syrup (1Tbsp, 21g) (or honey)
    1 tbsp Cumin seed

Directions

chop peanuts in half and also walnuts.
Lightly beat egg white with whisk or fork and add to oil and syrup.
Mix all remaining ingredients together then add oil mixture and mix well.
Spread onto a rimmed baking sheet and bake, stirring once, until golden 25 to 30 minutes.
Let cool
Store in jar.

Serving Size: Makes 3 cups, serving size .25 cup
