    Zucchini, baby, 1 large
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 large
    Scallions, raw, 1 large
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1.75 cup
    Garlic, 1 clove


Slice zucchini, mushrooms and scallions. Grate garlic clove. Combine all in pan with tomatoes and cover. Cook over medium heat until zucchini is cooked. Serve with Rye Krisp and salad.
