Ingredients

    2.0 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw
    0.25 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Peel and cut potatoes into fries. Toss on a bowl with olive oil until well coated. Salt & pepper to taste. Cook at 425 for 35-45 minutes depending on how thick fries are cut.
