    1.5 cup oat bran
    1 cup or 6 egg whites
    .5 cup pure pumpkin(canned)
    .5 cup cinnamon applesauce(unsweetened)
    2 tbsp natural peanut butter
    dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
    3 tbsp agave nectar(honey may be used)
    1 mashed banana
    1 cup frozen blueberries


Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients except blueberries until smooth. Fold in berries. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool. Spread a little peanut butter on before eating.
