    3 Pounds Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    3 tbsp Maple Syrup
    3 serving Egg white, large
    .5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    3 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST)
    .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    .25 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 cup Butter, unsalted
    1.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream


Mix all ingredients in a food processor and pour into a greased pan 9x13

- Place baking dish on a sheet pan and bake at 350 F. for between 60 and 75 minutes, or until brown and just set. You may need to adjust for different size/shape baking dishes.
