Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    8 oz Shrimp, raw, any size
    1/2 tsp Old Bay, or to your taste
    1/4 cup, onion, chopped fine
    1/4 cup, celery, chopped fine
    1/4cup, carrot, chopped fine
    3 tbsp Mayo , light

Directions

1. CHOP shrimp into bite-sized pieces

2. IN a small frying pan coated with a little spray oil, saute the shrimp until just pink and cooked through about 2-4 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl immediately to stop the cooking process.

3. CHOP all the vegetables and add them to the shrimp.

4. SPRINKLE mixture with Old Bay seasoning.

5. ADD mayo and stir to combine.

6. REFRIGERATE for about an hour.

7. SERVE on lettuce or in a small wrap.

8. ENJOY!

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings just a little under 1/2 cup each.
