    3 cup Saffron Road Chicken Broth
    2 cup Saffron Road Vegetable Broth
    4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    .5 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned
    0.25 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour


Cook brats, add flour.
Add broth and stir until thickens up a bit.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook till potatoes are tender
