Number of Servings: 6


    2 medium Zucchini, sliced in half moon shapes
    2 yellow Squash, sliced in half moon shapes
    2 Spring Onions, sliced thinly
    2 tsp Basil
    1/2 tsp Thyme, ground
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded and divided
    1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray casserole dish lighly with cooking spray.
Slice zucchini and squash into half moon sizes.
Finely slice the green onions.
Combine zucchini, squash, green onions,basil, thyme and garlic powder 1/2 of mozzarella and all of the parmesan cheese. Mix until squash is well coated with cheese and herbs.
Pour mixture into casserole dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes
When squash is nearly cooked throughm, take the casserole dish out of the oven and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top and bake an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and nicely browned.
