    Macaroni, whole-wheat, 1 cup elbow shaped
    Peas, canned, 1 can (303 x 406)
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 4 oz
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1.5 oz
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .5 cup, shredded
    *Jennie O Lean Turkey Roast (white), 12 oz


Cook macaroni, melt cheese into noodles. Add in peas, diced turkey and milk
top with mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 or 20 min.
