Introduction

Needed something to make my oatmeal just a little more interesting! It's low in Sodium which is something i'm always looking for. Needed something to make my oatmeal just a little more interesting! It's low in Sodium which is something i'm always looking for.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1C Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    2 C boiling water
    2 tbsp Peanutbutter (smooth or chuncky *optional)
    1tbsp honey (*optional)
    1/2 tbsp Granulated Sugar (*optional)

Directions

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal ( or if Quaker oats, follow instructions on package)

Optional!!!!!!
When finished add 2 tbsp Peanutbutter of your choice. 1tbsp of honey mix well. And serve.

    Very Good
    This was really good & super simple to make. I forgot about the honey & just added the sugar. Very filling! Next time I may make a little less & add a 1/2 of banana. - 2/13/13
