    8 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
    8 cup Sam's Choice Chicken Bone Broth
    16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin
    1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, fluid
    4 tbsp Lemon juice (yields of 2 lemons)
    1 tbsp Pepper, black
    salt to taste


Finely chop the spinach and dice or shred the chicken. Add both to a heavy pot along with the chicken stock and heat over medium-high heat until it boils and the spinach is wilted.

Add cream and continue to heat for another 3 minutes.

Remove from heat, season with lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings of 1 cup
