    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 tbsp chopped garlic
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 egg
    1/4 cup brown sugar


in a large saucepan heat the oil and fry garlic until light brown. rinse chicken and dip into egg then flour to coat. fry chicken over medium high heat turning occassionally until cooked through. in a small bowl bix soy, vinegar and brown sugar. stir until sugar is dissolved. pour sauce over chicken and cook 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. serve immediately over rice of choice. makes 6 serviings
