    .25 cup Black Berries raw/1 cup/144 gms/15 pieces
    26 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
    2 serving Stevia in the Raw

Directions

Put all in blender then pour in small pitcher. Chill half hour
