Ingredients

    23.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh
    2.0 tsp Garlic
    3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.0 tsp grated parmesean asiago and romano

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 Heat oil and garlic over med heat until garlic is golden brown. Careful not to burn. Gently bend washed asparagus at a point and discard ends. Place in a lipped baking pan (salt and pepper to taste) and toss with garlic infused oil. Top with cheese and bake for 12 minutes or until tender or your preference. I did not use salt or pepper. Serving Size: Makes 2 to 3 servings
