I make this with cherries fresh off my tree and oh my gosh!! :-) I make this with cherries fresh off my tree and oh my gosh!! :-)

    4 c. cherries, pitted and halved
    1/4 c. Splenda brown sugar blend
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. uncooked old-fashioned oats
    3 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir together cherries, 1/8 c. Splenda, and lemon juice and pour into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish.

Cut flour, oatmeal, remaining Splenda and margarine together with a pastry blender or fork in a medium bowl; sprinkle over cherry mixture.

Bake until cherries are tender and top is browned, about 25 minutes.

1 serving = 1/2 c.
