    3.0 clove Garlic
    396.0 Grams Zucchini
    12.0 tsp parm cheese grated


Preheat oven to 425 spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Wash and slice 14 oz or 3 small zucchini lengthwise and slice into about 1 inch chunks. Take 1 TBSP of minced garlic and 1/4 c grated parmesean cheese (I used a romano and parm blend) and combine in a bag or lidded container. Spray cut zucchini with cooking spray and place in bag or container and coat with garlic mixture. Place skin side down on baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until tender. Enjoy Serving Size: Makes 4, 3.5 oz servings
