Ingredients

1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
30.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
1.0 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup)
1.0 serving seasonings of your choice
16.0 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
4.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
What's really nice about this recipe is that you can use egg substitute instead of egg,if you don't have five blend on hand use any Italian cheese, you can also use any bread crumbs the above is just what I had on hand ,I was worried it would taste funny because they were "Japanese "but you couldn't even tell, also I've made this with 1% milk and it was great.so it's basically a very forgiving recipe.
