Ingredients

    59.5 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    0.67 package (6 oz) Bread stuffing, cornbread, dry mix
    3.0 serving Arnold Herb Seasoned Stuffing (2/3 cup)
    10.0 tbsp Daisy Lite Sour Cream
    1.25 cup Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
    1.0 package (10 oz) Peas and carrots, frozen

Directions

Remove skin from chicken (4 regular size or 3 large breasts), put on bottom of pot. (Season if desired I use poultry seasoning), layer stuffung mux (again season to taste), in a bowl mix canned soup and sour cream and pour/spread over stuffing, layer frozen peas and carrots (or you could use frozen green beans), then pour water over all. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.
