    3.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini
    2.0 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    20.0 oz Pork - No Name Boneless Pork Loin Chops
    4.0 oz Onion, sweet, raw
    2.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)


Cut visible fat from pork and cut into cubes. Place pork in bowl and sprinkle with ginger. Add soy sauce and garlic. Mix to coat pork and set aside. I refrigerated mine for an hour. Slice vegetables and also sprinkle with ginger. Heat nonstick skillet or wok over medium heat spray with cooking spray or use a little evoo. I used spray. Cook pork until done then remove and set aside. Cook vegetables until tender and add pork back to wok. Add more soy sauce if needed. I served this with white rice..not included in nutrition. To spice it up add some red pepper flakes or sweet chili sauce. Or sweeten it up with some pineapple chunks and a little pineapple juice. Serving Size: Makes 5, 1 cup servings
