Ingredients

    1 cup Bobs Red Mill TVP, dry
    4 scoops low carb protein powder
    2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
    1 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
    1/2 cup splenda granular
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 cup ground flax
    1 cup sugar free syrup for coffee
    2 egg whites,beaten
    1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
    1/4 cup babyfood prunes
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips, Ghiradelli


Directions

In a large bowl, mix together wet ingredients. In another bowl, mix together dry ingredients, stir to combine. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir just until combined. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven in a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with baking release spray. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is dry and firm. Turn out onto a cooling rack, when cooled slice into 16 bars. Wrap individually and freeze for convenience.
