This is great for my brown bag lunch at work. This is great for my brown bag lunch at work.

    1/4 C dry = 1 cup cooked*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa,
    1/2 C *Louis Kemp, Crab Delights-imitation crab
    2 Tbsp Robb Ross Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette
    1/2 Tsp Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning
    1 plum tomato, wedges


Cook quinoa according to package directions. Cool, Add remaining ingredients, except tomato and stir. Garnish with tomato. Makes large serving.
