Introduction

Perfect cheesecake. NOT low fat, but delicious :) Perfect cheesecake. NOT low fat, but delicious :)
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    40 oz Cream Cheese
    1.75 cup Granulated Sugar
    .20 cup Flour, white
    .25 fl oz Lemon Juice
    .25 t Salt
    5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 t vanilla
    2 large Egg Yolk
    .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream

    Graham Cracker crust optional - not figured in

Tips

Cook in a water bath for best results


Directions

Beat each ingredient well before adding the next. Scrape bowl often.
Pour into graham Cracker crust. Make slits with knife.
Bake 475 for 12 minutes.
Reduce heat to 250 for 1 1/2 hours.
Turn off heat for additional 1 1/2 hours.
Do not open oven during baking process.
Chill well and serve with topping of your choice. We love huckleberries :)
