    29.0 oz Great Value beef broth
    48.0 oz beef cubes
    1.25 cup baby yellow and white corn
    24.0 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
    3.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    4.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw
    4.0 serving red potatoes med
    4.0 tbsp cornstarch


Spray 5 quart crock pot with cooking spray. Slice all veggies. Add veggies, broth, beef, potatoes, V8 and seasonings to crock pot (do not add frozen corn or cornstarch). We added seasonings and 2 bay leaves all 0 calories so not added in ingredients or nutrition, add your own to suit your taste. Cook on low 8 hours. 30 minutes prior to serving add cornstarch (mix thoroughly) and frozen corn.
