    4 Tilapia fillets, 4 oz each
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp Garlic, minced, jar, great value
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Ginger, ground
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp dried mustard
    1 tsp Chili powder
    1 pinch Pepper, red or cayenne


Preheat oven to 400F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium sized bowl combine olive oil, garlic and seasonings.
Dip each fillet into the seasoning and place on the baking sheet.
Pour any remaining seasoning over the fillets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
