Introduction

Ingredients

    12 oz Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Chorizo
    3.5 cup Beans, red kidney
    3.25 cup Tomato Sauce
    7 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP
    .5 cup, sliced Jalapeno Peppers
    6 tsp Garlic
    1.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    2 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Brown the Chorizo. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. We served it over cauliflower rice (with a tiny bit of butter and salt) and sprinkled about a tablespoon of shredded sharp cheddar on top but both of those things are optional.
