    0.5 lb Ground Turkey (93% Lean)
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (98% Fat Free)
    1 package of frozen Tater Tots (about 30 tots total)
    2 ounces Cheese (low fat if you like)
    1 small can of diced Jalepeno's
    .25 cup Yellow Corn
    .25 cup chopped Onion
    Garlic cloves chopped, to taste
    Garlic salt and Black Pepper to taste
    Cilantro to taste


Spread half of the raw turkey meat, some of the tater tots and corn in the bottom of a small casserole dish. Sprinkle meat/tot mixture with onion, salt, pepper, and some liquid from the can of jalepenos. Repeat layer. Then pour one can of condensed cream of chicken soup over casserole, spread. Sprinkle as much jalepenos over soup as you like, as well as salt and pepper. Add cilantro if you like. Spread cheese evenly over casserole, then top with remaining tater tots. Add salt and pepper to top of tater tots, as well as a few diced jalepenos for color. Bake at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink.
