Ingredients

    9.0 serving Simply Perfect red potatoes
    1.0 cup 2% reduced fat milk
    4.0 tbsp Butter, salted

Directions

Peel or don't, wash and cut potatoes into cubes. Fill pot with enough water to cover potatoes. Boil until tender. Mash with milk and butter (room temp) until it meets your preferred consistency. Add herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
