Number of Servings: 12


    Ground Turkey, 3 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)
    Corn Tortillas, 8 oz (remove)
    Gebhardt Enchilada Sauce, 2.50 cup (remove)
    2% Milk Mozzarella, 2 cup (remove)
    *Kraft Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend (2% Milk), 2 cup (remove)


Preheat your oven to 350
First you brown your turkey meat. After it is browned you add two 10oz cans of Enchilada Sauce, and about 10 oz of water. Stir. Lower the heat and let it come to a boil.
In the mean time cut you corn tortillas into fours. In a 13x9 pan arrange half of your tortillas. Than when your meat is done. Put half of that on top of the tortillas and mix your cheeses and put about half of that on top of the meat. Then you repeat that one more time ( tortilla, meat and cheese.)
In you put it into the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
