    2 Lbs lean (93%) Ground Turkey
    1/4 C grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 TBS each of Thyme, Oregano, Sage, Parsley, Paprika, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder


Mix Meat, Cheese and Spices together till all is well Combined. Using a 1 tablespoon capacity icecream scoop, scoop up meat and pack in, leveling off even with edges of scoop. Press it out of the scoop into your hand and roll into meat ball shape. Place into a large pan that has been sprayed with a non stick cooking spray. You should get about 60 meatballs. Bake at 350* F for about 30 minutes. These can be portioned into baggies after they are allowed to cool. Then you can freeze them for future meals.
