This is great topped with a nice slice of low fat cornbread. This is great topped with a nice slice of low fat cornbread.
Number of Servings: 4


    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves minced
    Crushed Tomatoes, 28 oz can
    Morning Star Meal Starters Crumbles 12 oz bag
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne 1/4 tsp
    Maple Syrup 1tsp
    Balsamic Vinegar 1 tsp
    Coriander ground 1/2 tsp
    tumeric 1/2 tsp
    Beans, red kidney 15 oz can
    Green Peppers chopped 1/2 cup


Heat oil in large saucepan. Add onion, peppers and garlic. Saute 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer uncovered for 25 minutes.

This makes 4 servings
