This is a zesty way to serve tilapia without adding unwanted calories This is a zesty way to serve tilapia without adding unwanted calories
Number of Servings: 4


    4 tilapia fillets (about 16 ozs)
    5 tbl lemon juice
    1 sliced lemon
    2 tbl olive oil
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp pepper


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Add olive oil, juice, garlic, parsley and pepper to non-stick pan and stir to heat. Add sliced lemons and saute about 5 minutes to combine flavors.
4. Bake about 18 minutes until fish flakes.
