Ingredients

3 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 large Onions, raw
4 clove Garlic
4 cup, chopped Kale
0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
6 oz Barilla Whole Grain Linguine
0.25 cup Miso
0.12 cup Flour, white
15 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
0.5 cup Half and Half Cream
6 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Cook pasta.
Using a cast-iron skillet, sautee onion and garlic in oil, then add chopped kale, stir in pumpkin and grated parmesan, season w/ salt and pepper, and add cooked pasta.
Melt butter with miso, then stir in flour and cook for 1 min. Whisk in 1 c water at a time until smooth. Add half and half and simmer until thickened. Pour over pasta.
Cover in foil and bake 20 min. Add panko and shredded parm and bake uncovered 10 min.
