Ingredients

    1 Large egg
    Non-stick Spray of your choice

Directions

Spray a small, microwave safe dish with your nonstick spray. Crack the egg in the dish and prick the yolk ever so gently using a fork or toothpick. This will keep the yolk from exploding. Add salt and pepper if desired. Next you will cover the dish with a paper plate and place it in the microwave. Microwave at 50% power for 45 seconds. When the 45 seconds is up check the texture of egg. It can be microwaved further in 15 second intervals at 50% power. The texture should be that of a hardboiled egg. You can try playing with the time to achieve softboiled states. Enjoy!
